New Asia Mining company was founded in 2010, mainly engaged in the exploration, mining, and sales of nickel, bauxite, coal and copper. At present New Asia Mining company has three branch companies in Hongkong, Indonesia and Solomon Islands. It has a copper mine and a coal mine, and also engaged in the contract mining of bauxite ,nickel and coal in Indonesia. In 2015, it was transferred from Indonesia to Solomon Islands, an island country in the South Pacific. In November 2021, New Asia Mining Company was wholly acquired by Hangzhou Gowin Mining Co., LTD. Mr. Shi Dan, CEO and general manager, holds 100% equity of New Asia Mining Co., LTD., and New Asia Mining Company is its affiliated company.

New Asia Co., Ltd. submitted an exploration application for Auluta River PL (ilmenite) in December 2022 to explore the alluvial ilmenite deposit further downstream in the Auluta River basin. On January 11, 2023, the company successfully completed the signing of the SAA document of the Ground Access Agreement between the government, the landlord and the company. On January 27, 2023, the company successfully obtained the PL of the exploration license. The company plans to start the exploration of the distribution of surface landform mineral resources in this area in April, 2023.
新亞洲有(you)限公(gong)司2022年12月提交Auluta River PL（鈦鐵礦），勘(kan)探(tan)申請，計劃(hua)對Auluta河流(liu)域更下游的(de)沖(chong)積鈦鐵礦礦床(chuang)進行勘(kan)探(tan)。并于2023年1月11日順利完成(cheng)政 府(fu)、地(di)主和公(gong)司三方《地(di)面(mian)訪問協議》SAA?件(jian)的(de)簽約，2023年1月27日公(gong)司成(cheng)功取得勘(kan)探(tan)許(xu)可證PL，公(gong)司計劃(hua)2023年4月份開(kai)啟(qi)對該區的(de)地(di)表地(di)貌(mao)礦產資源分(fen)布 的(de)勘(kan)查(cha)工作(zuo)。

Nickel Prospecting 鎳勘探
There were three field surveys on Indonesia since 16th Aug.2010 and a cooperation agreement had been signed with Indonesia AMI in November 2010 to start prospecting , mining, loading and shipping of the Nickel project.
自(zi)2010年8月16日(ri)以來，對(dui)印度(du)尼(ni)西亞(ya)進行了(le)三次實地調(diao)查(cha)，并于(yu)2010年11月與(yu)印度(du)尼(ni)西亞(ya)AMI簽署了(le)合(he)作協議，開(kai)始鎳項目(mu)的(de)勘(kan)探(tan)、采礦(kuang)、裝載和(he)運輸。
From 16th Nov. 2010 to 11th Dec, we engaged local nickel professional geologist and the prospecting team and started field exploration to nickel mining area of POMALAA. Taking the interval distance of 100 meters, drilling hole of 25 meters and on the basis of the prospecting results of regional mining area,we got site investigation and made conclusions as follows: the vein of this area is branch structure rather than nest structure, more than 1.8% of the nickel ore reserves about 200000 tons, and stripping layer of this region reaches 15 to 21 meters, so it is difficult to mining

3. Preparing an ample supply of oil before shipment, and meanwhile, informing oil companies to replenish reserves at anytime

4. Loading 3000-ton, 5000-ton and 8000-ton barges before the ship to the port. Make sure that the barge is connected with the mother ship closely to improve the loading rate.

NEW ASIA MINING CO.,LIMITED signed a mining agreement with Aluminum Corporation of China Limited Indonesia company In June 2013 ,taking charge of mining ALU bauxite mining area of Aluminum Corporation in West Kalimatan .We exploited more than 300 thousand tons bauxite ore in less than three months, and designed and built a new mineral bath for Aluminum Corporation.

NEW ASIA MINING CO.,LIMITED signed a coal-mine contracting mining agreement with a listed company ,Thailand Vingage Engineering Public Co., Ltd, in November 2014,taking charge for the exploitation of open-pit coal mine area of DAK MASALAK in south kalimantan invested by this listed company. The output of coal with high calorificis value is 150,000 tons monthly. And we export coal to India.

We have formed our own Business idea of "innovative thinking and common development" at the beginning and decided to create a different road from other mineral companies, which is to use local resources to help boost the local economy, and bring sustainable development.Mineral resources are one-off and unrenewable. If our purpose were just share the profits after mining and sales, the result is that terrible environment remained and nothing left for young generations.Therefore, in order to avoid this,the idea of how to achieve the sustainable development of local economy must be identified in advance.
